When a brand is in a stage where it is looking at step growth and believes it requires an independent third party view on the same from marketing professionals, is where I come in. This could happen in multiple situations e.g. a large established brand that is stagnating, a start-up which has a winning product but requires a branding & marketing approach to match, a regional brand which has national or global aspirations.

I work with the organisation’s team and business partners, to understand the consumer and market situation and develop the Brand’s Proposition and Go to Market Strategy. I prefer to also be involved in the implementation of the same, so that we can see the results in market and incorporate learnings into future plans
